NY Fried Chicken and Seafood: Savor the Best Fried Chicken and Seafood in Elkton

The service was pretty good. I was welcomed by a gentleman and quickly explained the menu and have his recommendations. They have a giant menu with alot of diverse items. I went with the combo rice bowl and the crab fries. The crab fries were cooked to order and the meat tasted fresh. I was very happy with the order as sometimes crab fries can be hit or miss at different restaurants. But the combo rice bowl was the star of the show. Lamb shrimp and chicken were included in the combo. It came with the option of white and red sauce but I just chose the white. The meat was seasoned well as well as the rice. It had a slight kick but nothing overwhelming. Overall it was a very good experience and I look forward to trying other dishes from this establishment.

Super nice folks, good simple, affordable fried and grilled food. The whole chicken wings, zings and lamb platter are all go tos for my lunch during work. Me and my coworker love the daily specials, we live off that.

I had a Crabcake and $9.99 special, grilled lamb with rice. The Crabcake needs work, not terrible with filler, but they got a lot too work on if they want too compete with the local spots. My other stuff was a little on the dry side, but I still want to come back for the fried chicken. Prices were reasonable, chicken price might be lowest in the area. Friendly and attentive staff.

Ordered lunch for 14 people. Everyone raved about the food. Chicken tenders were amazing, the lamb gyro were delicious, wraps yummy. The daily specials are a great price for the large amount of food you receive. Oh and the fries... the best in the area!

I am a trucker and found them on door dash. The food is amazing. Always hot. My favorite is the chicken shrimp and rice and it’s the white sauce. Very very good. I suggest you try their food. You won’t be disappointed.

Really good fried chicken. Crispy and juicy. You can select leg or wing or breast. Taste good. Not so salty like others.

Editing to add an update: 12/11/25, 10pm. Due to a family emergency my caterer had to back out of an event I had scheduled for 12/13, I reached out to NY Fried Chicken via FB messenger & had all my questions answered & an ordered scheduled for my Sat event, at a reasonable price I might add! I think everyone knows what to expect from their regular fried chicken, nothing but quality, however if you haven’t tried the chicken tender I highly recommend! The pieces are huge, tender, & seasoned to perfection! Normally 2-3 pieces makes a meal for me. Thank you NY Fried Chicken for coming through last minute and supplying a quality product! No a single piece of chicken or tender left at the end of the night! I’ll be back for sure! Next time I’ll try to remember the pics! I work in Elkton & have made this one of the regular restaurants I frequent. The fried chicken is very tasty & super fresh. Every time I’ve ordered the chicken has been cooked to order. The staff is super friendly & accommodating. Next time I order I’m trying the cheesesteak! Edited to add… I still haven’t tried the cheesesteak, however I have ordered several times off their catering menu & the chicken tenders are AMAZING! They are always a huge hit with my guests. I have to once again praise the staff because on more than one occasion they have accommodated my catering request with just a few hour notice. Next time you want some baking chicken check these guys out!

Fantastic little family restaurant! It is hidden in the corner of the plaza behind the Mexican restaurant. I had the lamb and rice and the coconut shrimp. The lamb and rice is the best I have ever had! The young man behind the counter was very friendly. The prices are very fair and the portions are giant! Stop by and have a great meal.
